Mr. Ngo Ngoc Quang has more than 24 years of experience in the Finance and Banking sector. He has previously held the positions of Deputy General Director and Director of the Large Corporate Clients Division at PVcomBank. Currently, Mr. Ngo Ngoc Quang serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank).
Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Credit – Academy of Finance.
Ms. Ha has more than 13 years of experience in the field of finance and investment management. She used to hold senior positions in former Petrovietnam Finance Group (PVFC), including Head of Analysis and Investment Department, Deputy Head of Financial Consulting and Investment Department. Since PVFC was transformed into Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank) in October 2013 she has been in charge of Investment Department as Deputy Director.
Profession: Master of Business Administration from Griggs University in the United States.

Mr. Vinh started to work for PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC) since 2001, where he was in charge of investment and equalization consultancy. With extensive investment experience, he was assigned to participate in establishment of PVFC Capital and promoted as Head of Investment Division in 2008
